Slow Food Dinner
We are teaming up with Slow Food Aberdeen City & Shire to host a special dinner showcasing the best seasonal Scottish ingredients cooked with some French flair.
Course one. Champignon
Hand picked Chanterelles, homemade bread, truffle aioli.
Course two. Bisque
Johnshaven lobster bisque, Crab Ravioli.
Course three. Du boeuf
Port and orange glazed cheek of Aberdeenshire beef, carrot puree, potato gratin.
Course four. Tarte aux pommes
Garden Apple Tarte tatin, Honeycomb parfait.
7pm. £35pp (£5 discount for Slow Food members) includes complimentary drinks on arrival.
